It was a really great Safari, tons of animals out. Even saw the Cheetahs and Lions. My pics were as usual just so-so. I did get a few decent ones though.

Today was AK day. I love this park, I think because our first trip was right after it opened. The parking lot was so empty, felt crazy. So was the park, I mean it was dead all day. We headed here first and it was walk on.

I did not even notice that in that pic but did see people doing that in front of the castle. I was kind of surprised that they were still doing it considering how they constantly are saying avoid touching your face.

Totally agree that the slow way is the authentic way but as many times as I have made it a ladle at a time and like an hour, (hundreds) this tasted just as good. If in a hurry, makes a heck of a side dish.
