Major Problem with new Annual Passes

It shouldn't be the code for that could be different. I think someone screwed up the code on the Incredipass.

Major Problem with new Annual Passes

Most are seeing Sept. 7 2022. 2099 is what they used to say, and you are lucky if that is what yours say. We are talking Walt Disney World Incredipass , is that what you bought?

Major Problem with new Annual Passes

Always planning ahead. I need to do that as I am freelancer that travels the world and I need to know when I am not available as I get booked myself for large gigs way in advance. Parts of my calendar are already into 2025.

Major Problem with new Annual Passes

Ok everyone here is the answer on this Direct from Disney. The call center is aware the expiration being placed upon the new passes is creating confusion. I discussed this in detail with them and this is what they said: There has been no change to operation of the Annual Pass Email Vouchers...

Major Problem with new Annual Passes

Unfortunately the Park Reservation System does not see it that way. I agree that is way it was the old passes. I have a trip booked for May 2022 and it was ok booking those Park Reservations. But when I went to the Park Reservations for a Dec. 2022 booking it acted like I had no Annual Pass. If...

Major Problem with new Annual Passes

There seems to be a major problem with the new annual passes. I bought an Incredipass today. And in My Plans it shows an expiry of Sept.8 2022. An Annual Pass year is not supposed to start until the first use day and expire 366 days after that. There is nothing in the new fine print that says...

Will Shang-Chi come to Walt Disney World?

That guy don't look like him at all.

Will Shang-Chi come to Walt Disney World?

It was a disappointing film. Not complete crap, it was somewhat entertaining but I admit to falling asleep twice. The Star had little screen presence. The real star was the sister. From a martial arts movie perspective it was not very good.

the MANY problems with Genie+ and paid FastPass (or whatever they are calling it)

Not only am I customer. AP member for longer than you have been alive I have literally spent 3+ entire years of my life in those parks over the last 5 decades. So yes I am a huggeeee customer and like every customer big or small my opinion matters.

Theme Park Think Tank with Len

It doesn't take a lot of brains to design plans - most of it is just obvious, and always has been. The real genius is designing plans that are designed to take advantage of a bunch of people slavishly following a paid for plan or silly notions that are posted on the internet or people who pay...

the MANY problems with Genie+ and paid FastPass (or whatever they are calling it)

I hate to break your apologist bubble, but... We. Are. The. Customer. And. We. Have. The. Right. To. Say. We. Don't. Like. Something. And. A. Business. That. Doesn't. Listen. Is. Stupid.

the MANY problems with Genie+ and paid FastPass (or whatever they are calling it)

    3) First, if you don't go at rope drop you are missing the best opportunity to do attractions during the day anyway, so your argument is already pretty invalid. However, this isn't the case, as you can only have 1 reservation at a time, and with less people using a paid system than a free one...

Theme Park Think Tank with Len

They have something TEN THOUSAND TIMES BETTER - they have live up to the second data on what is happening. And to have a plan leading you around like a ring in your nose is the best way to destroy a vacation, save your money.

Theme Park Think Tank with Len

I know what it is, but it is delusional to think that. Competition is very real, even if he might pretend otherwise.

anyone ever get compped free fast passes?

I have been handed Free Fast Passes (Printed Card based) in the past. Not sure why, it is usually just out of the blue. I think they are tracking me with the RFID chip in the Magicband because they addressed with my name. I also received emails with Fast Passes for all the Magic Kingdom...

Theme Park Think Tank with Len

There is some big competition coming in a few years that isn't just so much Chapek bs like D23 clearly is, and that is Universal EPIC that could change the Orlando scene in a big way if there is no response for Disney. That CANNOT just let that go unchallenged.

I'd suggest reading this editorial that seems to be expressing what a lot of people are feeling about this:

    Animal kingdom without power AGAIN!!!!

The power for Animal Kingdom is generated by gators in the swamp swishing their tails left to right. The gators went on strike and refused to swish and the power went out.

    What’s wrong with Zach Ridley?

Tearing down the Innoventions building was foolish, financially moronic, and a scar on the park that will take a long, long, long time to heal. Removing the Fountain of Nations was pure blasphemy.
