Are the Swan and Dolphin, Bonnet Creek, and Downtown Disney hotels considered "Offsite"? In other words can you get a Magicband and FP+ when staying at any of these resorts?

Has anyone tried to use their GAD (volunteer) vouchers at both Disneyland and WDW? I have an opertunity to visit both resorts a month apart and didn't know if the two ticket systems are tied together. I know this sounds evil but I was just curious. I would probably use them for fastpasses anyway.
