I always pack those Dixie Cups, disposable. Have to be careful how you pack them or they get squished! I also bring a collapsable laundry hamper, fits nicely in the suitcase. Then my dirty stuff isn't all over the floor or just stuffed in a suitcase. Extra ziplock bags in all sizes...always...

Spectro magic runs only some nights....we were just there and realized this after sitting around and waiting for it! :lol: Then finally looked at times guide and realized it wasn't running that night...... :hammer: Live and learn!

We just left WDW on Tuesday and I was so disapointed that I missed HM opening.....but after seeing that crowd maybe I'm glad I missed it! Great googly moogly! :eek: Will have to wait till April.....but will get to see HM in DL next month....:sohappy:

We also just purchased the YOAMD mugs at POR this past weekend......boring! Will give them to kids to use for their drinks at home.....helps keep spills down :)

Last year I took a sub position in school cafeterias.....one of them was in the "dish room". I think you can all imagine what that was like...... :cry: All I kept thinking during it was "Disney, Disney, Disney". :ROFLOL: I also gave up remodeling our bathroom 2 years ago to have a family...

Just an extra 5 min.....very easy to do as well. As stated above, I love walking back from Epcot after Illuminations, not having to wait in huge lines for the boat. The walk is so easy and quick.

Do they do the fireworks on Fridays? We will be there Tues-Fri and hope to see them! (already have our tickets for the Halloween bash....kids are very excited!)

If you are eating at Rainforest cafe, you do not need to enter the Animal Kingdom.....there is an entrance for the restaurant right outside the park. I agree with everyone.....go to MGM for a partial day. Have a great trip! :wave:

IMHO, it is absolutely worth it! The parade and fireworks can't even be described....they are the best I have ever seen. There are characters, floats etc in the parade that you will not see elsewhere. Plus, I saw characters out before the parade interacting with kids and playing games.....and...

I went in early Dec last year (a very slow time of year) and decided in the AM that I wanted to do a sit-down at MK (I was travelling solo). All the sit-downs in MK were already booked for the rest of the day! I was quite surprised with it being so slow. Oh well :shrug: I enjoyed a nice...

If you stay at the Dolphin/Swan, you can use resort transportation. There are bus stops at both resorts (goes to the Swan first). There are also "Friendship Boats" at a dock between the 2 resorts.....these will take you to MGM and Epcot (back gate by World Showcase) You can also walk to Epcot...
