The Fort is the only place on property that we stay at. I'd also like to know what you are staying in and if there are kids, etc. It would help with suggestions. For us, renting a golf cart is a must. It's the best way to get around. (Again, for us).

My wife went on a backstage tour with her office a few weeks. It took them around all the parks and talked about well, backstage stuff. LOL Anyway, she was told that the Rivers of light show uses lasers that occasionally interfere with air traffic operations depending on runway in use, etc. and...

We looked at the Meadow pool but it seemed to be a little crowded. We too really enjoyed relaxing in the quiet pool.

It seems like a lot of people are in the cabins. If you partake in campground activities and not just the parks, do you use the quiet pool or the bigger meadows pool?

People who state that the pools definitely are not heated, are you going by how the water feels, or are you checking the thermometer? How the water temperature feels to you is subjective. My wife wants it like bathtub water even in the summer. I want it to feel cooler when it's hot. 82 degrees...

This makes me sad. I was stunned to see the lobby after several years of being gone. The waterfall and rocks were amazing! This looks like my back yard, except I don't have the statue.

I played with it a little. Hope you don't mind. Straightened up the orientation a little and cropped out some of the stuff at the bottom just to give it a cleaner line-a more defined break. Couldn't do anything with the spires since they weren't there. ;)

The OP probably has a tree over 6' high by now after 6 years. I'm actually surprised the Disney cleaning crew doesn't have all the acorns up at all times. Slip hazard and all that.

My understanding (I haven't seen it in person, just heard about it from here, etc.) is that Star Wars land is pretty lacking in things to do and see but has lots of space available. Might be people would like to see something besides nothing......... LOL

Two years ago my wife was taking a walk around the neighborhood dressed in her normal shorts and T-shirt. An elderly couple rolled up on her in their golf cart and told her she needed to go and put a coat on! They were wearing coats and hoods. (Real ones, not hoodies) About the same temp, 60's. LOL
