I didn't realize when I made the reservation that was the day that we are going to Sea World and I already have that day plan ( packed full ).

I've been reading on the Disney website and saw the "Behind the Seeds" tour that is at "The Land" in Epcot. I was wondering if anyone else has done this tour and if it's worth it as it is an hour long??
