Took my youngest when she was almost three. she did fine. take lots of breaks and remember they are little and the sights and sounds can get overwhelming for them.

Beat me to it, The discount is great for the resorts and tickets, that allows us to use that extra money to splurge on eating way to much for six days :)

OK, i have done this four times now. To do Disney world trip with the military you have to call to get all the discounts they can give you. They will set you up with the resort reservations and also the dinning plan that you choose . We always do the deluxe dinning because the little ones love...

We are going to be there at that time also, Our plan is to have the 4th be a resort day and 1900 park fair for dinner then hang out and watch the fireworks form there and not have to fight the MK crowds. Good luck with the planning!

There will be lines for the characters: we were able to meet and get autographs from every princess Disney had to offer but it took us two different trips down to Disney World to make it happen.

We have stayed at both. The theming at AOA is fantastic my kids love the cars area and the cozy cone pool that is right out the door. Thank you, I think we are going to dinner at 1900 on the night of the 4th and maybe just hang out there and watch the fire works from the resort. It sounds like it will be a great day to hang at the resort and play in the pool. I really appreciate the reply.
