You can make reservations for all dining 180 in advance with a resort reservation. For BOG lunch, you must receive an e-mail invite to get a FP to get a reservation for that, otherwise you must wait in line as it's Counter Service. The e-mail invites are given out at random.

You need your 12 digit reservation number instead of your reservation number w/ letters. If you call Disney or your travel agent, they will give it to you. :)

I've been looking every day for our trip in October-no dice. Now that FD is out I'm sure I'll never get it. Hoping to sneak it in during lunch during my AEP in June. So far for all of my clients I've only managed to get it for 1!
