Yeah, this huge complex would be too hard to handle in the Winter months with the snow, storms, etc. Like you said, space, hotel or mall, yes. Although, I don't know if Disney would build a mall, but sure!! :p

Wreck-It Ralph would make a good dark ride, especially with Wreck-It Ralph 2. Along with that, what about a Big Hero 6 ride? I would think an Omni-Mover style dark ride, trackless or not, as you go around San Fransokyo with Hiro and Baymax.

I wish we could've seen a Toy Story land like this, even though I love the current way it looks. The extra Woody statue would have been great, and instead of Woody we could've seen other Toy Story characters at the entrance. I don't know why they can't just follow the concept art. Budget? Land?
