That number comes from how many boats are dispatched in an hour. A boat on IASW can hold 20, which means you'd have 150 boat dispatches per hour. To reach that amount, IASW requires a dispatch interval of 24 seconds.

The more I hear about the Marvel land plans, the more cynical the project comes off to me. I don't get any sense of passion or drive for the land. Galaxy's Edge has passion; even Pandora had effort and passion behind it. Marvel, not feeling any love or passion. Hopefully, they prove me wrong...

I think your comment is a bit dismissive. I agree the land needs more than paint, but don't call a repaint "a lazier solution" when it's simple to put on and simple to remove. Personally, I'll wait and see the finished product (if they can get there).
