If nothing else, the spur could just be to ensure that the gravel pathway stays away from the guest walkway. If the gravel met the paved guest area it could easy cause a huge mess and trip hazards with small stones, etc, so it’s a more elegant way of the two meeting.

It looks that way, but then they join up to what seems to be a concrete pathway parallel to the monorail station. Could it be something like there being a separate ‘exit pathway’ for guests so they don’t have to walk through the boat dock/screening area?

Sadly, no. I don’t think the pink fits the castle in Orlando the way it does in other parks/for other castles, warmer lower walls or not, haha. Thanks for trying to soften the blow, though!

I think the paint scheme would work fine with just one change: ditch the pink. If they went back towards the ‘grey white’ inner portion, they could have their shiny blue, greyer greys and gaudy gold and it would probably look alright. With the pink it just doesn’t work.

I actually like the castle colours in this photo, but sadly I don’t think they’re the real shades. I do love the duck!

By all accounts it’s the same technology as mentioned having been at Disney Springs. The Evolv system, I believe.

I have a trip planned from 7/13 and dining reservations for the couple days of my trip have been cancelled. I had two reservations at a specific place, and the earliest one has been removed while the later one remains. So I can only presume they're cancelling in date order?

It also mentions certain restaurants hadn’t even heard of the change, so it’s possibly not across the board? Whatever it is, it’s cheap and needs to be reversed! Even at some of the cheapest restaurants you get free bread.

I presume this is an embossing stamp the housekeepers use when replacing/tidying up the toilet paper rolls? As opposed to them actually ordering rolls with the RR on them haha. Either way it’s a lovely touch.
