Week after Thanksgiving has always been easy for us to get a room. We arrive the Sun after and stay until the next Sun or Tue. Just keep checking and it’s crazy how options pop in and out.

I left Monday. Was there for a quick trip (14th-18th.). It wasn’t bad at all during that time period.

It seems like it’s starting to pick back up. There are pinboards up around the parks. Pete’s Silly Sideshow, Memento Mori, Plaza del Sol Caribe Bazaar, Sid Cahengua’s, etc. Ask a staff and they can usually circle them on your Times Guide

Last Saturday at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor there was a bib with pins for trading that I saw staff leaving shift hand over to an incoming staff. I was waiting for my ADR at The Plaza. They were trading with folks.

I got back Monday. Next one is scheduled in 149 days

I’m a big fan of Keen sandals. Very comfortable and closed toed and large soles which is handy if a stroller runs over my toe or heel.

I don’t think Disney will be able to source and distribute the MagicBand + any easier, but this should cut out a lot of outdated surplus when it rolls out.

I’ll be staying at POR in Sept. I’ve got plenty of WDW trips under my belt, but never stayed there before . Please offer up any tips you seasoned POR veterans might have. It appears spread out and that it has an indoor bus system similar to CBR.
