Bold prediction but since Runaway Railway's opening date was announced two days before Rise of the Resistance opened, I would expect Ratatouille's opening date to be announced very shortly. I'm no insider. Just my guess.

There's no denying that the preshow is impressive and the near final scene of the ride that was advertised as the climax wasn't that great but it felt like a Mickey Mouse cartoon which was the intention of the ride and it did it well. The first thing my friend said when we left the loading dock...

I was also surprised at the moment you step through the screen. Again without giving it away, I expected it to be a verbal exchange or announcement of like "do you want to come with us?" But that's not how it happens lol

The best joke on the ride just may be when your vehicle comes to a stop. So if your ride temporarily halts, at least you get a witty joke. I won't give it away though ;) I haven't checked the spoiler thread but it wouldn't surprise me if its mentioned there.

I tend to hold unpopular opinions around here but I loved Runaway Railway beginning to end. I laughed out loud at multiple moments on the ride.

Do you hate the Haunted Mansion because it's a tiny little building which you don't even enter through the front door and there's no way the whole ride takes place in a building that looks as though if you stood next to it, you're half its height? Probably not.

So what you're saying is, if the ride is too visually impressive, it will distract from the story? And therefore be a worse ride? What?

So with the announcement of Spaceship Earth's closure on May 26th, is it safe to expect Ratatouille to be open within a week or two of that date?

Probably completely made up. If I had to guess.

I'm beginning to suspect that they will not put Spaceship Earth down for refurbishment until Ratatouille is open so that they don't have too much of a blow in terms of capacity. Anyone else under this impression too?
