I don’t get it either but I have twice ‘rope dropped’ Rise and been told by CMs the ride was down and it could be hours before it’s up ——only to look over within 15 minutes later and see that the line is open. So my advice to people is always ‘stick around’. 🤷🏻‍♀️😁
