I would head to Jellyrolls (by cab/uber/car). They should be open til 2 am or so. After that I would walk around the Epcot resorts and take photos of their lobby decorations. Maybe grab a snack at Picabu's. (open 24 hours). That should get you close to 4 am

Should be fine. Eat from 12:30-2 pm. Get a bus to your resort or a cab if the buses are too slow. Arrive at your resort by 3 pm at the latest. DME will come at 4 pm.

I assume your kids are little if you are interested in Disney Junior. Are they so little that they need naps? Start your day in DHS. Breakfast, and a few attractions later and you are done with DHS by 3 pm. Take the boat to Epcot and stay there til 9 and watch the fireworks. Very doable.

I got some for free for being in the Disneyland premier of a show where they filmed a commercial. They are bulky, uncomfortable and I never wore them again. I think they are just sitting in my car still.

I ate there when it first opened and my experience was so bad that I have not returned. Food was small portions and very expensive. Dishes were dirty when we at down and we couldn't get new ones. Servers NEVER came around to check on us and flagging someone down was a nightmare.
