Honestly, I gave up stuff like ice cream and milkshakes a long time ago. It just wasn't worth the pain. I can eat dole whips and other treats, so I focus on that. I know that Disney chefs are very accommodating, so I hope you have good luck asking.

Yep. I stay at BC on almost every trip. I have stayed at the Ploy bungalows, GF and YC. I also stay at all star sports on certain trips. The values are nothing like the deluxes, but they serve a purpose. They are a clean, inexpensive place to sleep and shower.

I'm a rode drop person, I so leave my hotel pretty early and I don't return until all of the parks are closed, so the YC and the BC lobbies seemed the same to me.

I am not a big sleeper. I get to the parks at rope drop and I hop until all of the parks are closed. I love being in the parks.

It reopens on 3/13/16. They have towels there that you can rent for $2. I usually just bring the ones from my room. You can get towels at POFQ's pool. Cast Members are usually there to give them out.

I prefer the food and atmosphere at Kona. Plaza always feels crowded to me. If time is an issue though, leaving the park isn't worth it

I just stayed there in Dec. I was in Sago Cay. The resort was just beautiful. The rooms were spacious, the toiletries were the H2O Sea Salt (which I love) and the chocolates on the pillows were a nice touch. I think I had a garden view, but I am not sure. We were really close to the water...

Any idea when the menus might come out? I will be there for the first 2 days of the festival and I can't wait to eat all of the delicious things.

Thanks, Steve. It is frustrating to have to make ADRs and FPP in advance without knowing whether my DHS day will have fireworks or not. I leave in 22 days, so hopefully something will be announced soon.

I always take cabs/uber from resort to resort. It saves well over an hour for $10-$20. Well worth it in my opinion.

BC is my favorite resort and I have stayed there many times. I can leave the lobby of BC and be inside Epcot in 7 minutes. The newly refurbed rooms are very nice. Here are a few pics from my Sept trip.

bump. Any one have a calendar they really trust? I am still seeing some people say the fireworks are nightly until march 20th and some saying Saturday 2/27 is the last show.

It was decent. Reminiscent of a red curry at a thai place. The chicken meatballs in it were very good.
