I wasn't a fan of the party, but I have access to most of the party things here at DL as part of the regular admission. If you like Xmas and you like the MK, it is a nice night there with a special parade, fireworks, 'snow' on Main St., character meet and greets and hot chocolate and cookies.

If you must eat inside the MK, I recommend grabbing a QS meal or Liberty Tree/Plaza around 4 pm.

Rainforest Cafe in AK is the only in park location I can think of that has eggs benedict.

I have APs for both wdw and uni. Universal is already getting more and more of my time as WDW hasn't made anything new in a while.

i still don't understand why you have to wait. If you are staying onsite, you can make 10 days worth of reservations at the 180 day mark.

My favorite meal in Epcot is hard to pick. I love the shwarma platter from Tangierine, the Orange Chicken with rice from Lotus Blossom and either of the quiches from Les Halles
