Thanks all. We are definitely adding on a decent sized amount. The goal is 3 contracts because we have 3 children. I will definitely make sure the use year is the same. I just need to decide whether I want to do resale or not. I will probably never use it for the cruise or Adventures by Disney...

We stayed there two weeks ago...pretty amazing, by the way. Anyway, yes, there is a laundry facility in the villas and is free of charge minus the detergent but I believe they are only $2. We didn't use the laundry at VGF because it was our first few days in WDW.

Just like VGF, VWL has recently been refurbed to include a pull down bed thing under the tv in a studio so a studio at VWL can now accommodate 5 as well.

We are staying there in July. We didn't even know of a refurb so what a nice surprise. Is that pull down small tv bed in the studio or 1~bedroom?

I, too, was jealous of the deluxe people. Now that I am DVC that's all I stay at and I love it. We loved the moderates, too. You really can't go wrong being at Disney at all. I don't look down on anyone but am happy with where we say.

BLT is our home resort and we love it!! The proximity to MK is fabulous. We'd walk to MK (shorter than the mono) and take the mono home at night (20 second ride). The mono is a short ride to Epcot. We had a theme park view in August and it was so amazing...going to sleep looking at Cinderella's...
