Pitchforks out for Universal and Comcast.

I think it might just be you. Volcano Bay Water Park has 18 rides and no screens.

Pandora opening date? - New Florida Resident Ticket w/AK Blockout Dates in May/June

I don't think this has anything to do with AP passes - just Florida resident tickets

    Impressed by the Christmas offerings

Our family really enjoys both Christmas events at Sea World and Busch Gardens. When you consider they are included in your admission/AP, I rank it as the best Christmas events in Florida.

Just when you thought there was no more money to be made in the parking lots

Are they doing similar upcharges at Disneyland CA, Paris, HK, etc. Example: The new bus system, tents to rent, selling food in the parking lots? Maybe WDW is hurting more than we know. Because some of this screams desperation.

Nintendo partnering with Universal to make attractions.

I don't know. I just think they will not let Harry Potter/Fantastic Beast go 4 or 5 years without a major new addition (by 2020 the third movie will be out). They would be leaving too much money on the table if they did. Same with Marvel. Universal's 'problem' is how do they capture all these...

Nintendo partnering with Universal to make attractions.

About 3 years (About the same time frame as Star Wars Land at DS). From what I have seen or read that would work with the current timeline of openings: 2017 - Volcano Bay, Jimmy Fallon Ride and a new resort 2018 - Fast and Furious Ride and potential update of a Marvel ride 2019 - Potential...

Nintendo partnering with Universal to make attractions.

Original reports back in March have the land opening in Japan by 2020 with a price tag of over $350 million. I would think they would have Orlando's version ready by 2020 or 2021. The timing could make it go head to head with Star Wars Land opening at WDW. That would be quiet the battle. It also...

    Volcano Bay

From what I understand, you will walk up to the entrance of the ride and scan in and that will put you in a virtual queue. It will then let you know when its your time to return. Really no different than waiting in line, except you don't have to wait in the line. I think it sounds great.

"Starbright Holidays" Drone show coming to Disney Springs

I must a have little more faith in Disney than some. I am sure they know how much noise the drones will make and how to mitigate it so that it doesn't have a negative impact the show.

    Outstanding new addition.

    Hurricane Matthew

Most of the gas stations located along evacuation routes in Florida can now operate their facilities even if the power goes out. "Florida requires motor fuel (1) service stations near interstate highways or evacuation routes, (2) terminals and (3) wholesalers to have transfer switches and...

Are changes coming to Florida passholder program?

I like to wait and see what comes out of these types of surveys. With that said we are planning on dropping our Disney passes and going with universal next year. We just feel the Disney experience has declined and no longer lives up to it's premium cost. We are also not convinced it will...

New nighttime show 'Rivers of Light' confirmed to be coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom

I am sure Disney is more than happy to take her money before she realizes 'Star Wars Land' doesn't exist.

    Cobra's Curse Busch Gardens Tampa

Major upgrade from when it was tuts tomb. Doesn't even feel like the same place. The snake exhibit in the line is very well done and 'setback' from the walkway (so if you have a fear of snakes it should be no big deal). The 3D mapping projections on the wall is also well done. The ride's theming...

Interim show 'The Jungle Book: Alive with Magic' confirmed to debut ahead of Rivers of Light

My family and I saw the show on Saturday. We actually thought it was pretty good. It was a change from many previous Disney night time shows. Was it the best no, but it was not even close to being the worse night time show at a park (including Disney).

The Shanghai Disneyland spoiler rich attraction preview thread!

Really like the new version of Peter Pan. Still enough classic but with a much more detailed story and environment.
