How many miles/hours do you drive before stopping for the night?

Congrats on getting closer to the big day! I WISH we were only 39 days out from our next trip, but sadly, it will be a while for us. But it always goes by so quick, so I know our trip will be here before too long too. I see we are practically neighbours. I live an hour north of you in Sarnia...

    Final Day....

We usually leave after lunch for the LONG drive home on our final day, so we usually spend it soaking up the sun at one of the water parks. Helps to relax us for the 21 hour car ride home, plus get that last little bit of warmth and sun before we get back to the snowing and blowing back home...

Finding Disney merchandise in unusual places

Sounds like you could start your own show over there on the east coast, @wdwstateofmind to rival American Pickers - Disney Pickers! I LIKE IT!!! :D

    Water Park and more ?

So if you were down there for 10 days, could you get the PH option for all 10 days but only get the WP&M option for say 3 days? I totally get how they work with each entrance costing you 1 from your total purchased, but just realized after reading this thread that I probably have wasted a bunch...

You Love It But It Doesn't Love You

I'm the same way. Was not a huge beer drinker to begin with, but when I used to go out to the local pub with my buddy it was always cheap. After a few beers though I feel SO bloated and my stomach feels like crap. Same thing with ice cream. I would only eat it maybe once or twice every couple...

    Nascar

Watch the occasional Nascar race myself, and if I had to choose a racer I guess I would go with Brad Keselowski on skill, Danica Patrick on looks. ;)

Finding Disney merchandise in unusual places

LOVE this 55th Anniversary Commemorative Plate of Fantasia my wife found for me, still in the original box and wrapper with a stand included at a garage sale. I think she paid a buck or two at most. :)

Finding Disney merchandise in unusual places

Found these two CD's at two different garage sales one summer. :)

Finding Disney merchandise in unusual places

Another garage sale find for $1. I love this picture/poster, just want to find a better frame for it.

Finding Disney merchandise in unusual places

Yep, a whopping $1. :) It's funny, garage sales are not the same over here in Canada for some reason she says. My wife is American and works in Michigan (we live right on the border in Ontario, Canada), so she usually hits them up over there on weekends on her way home when the weather is...

Finding Disney merchandise in unusual places

Exactly, Figgy! Some of the stuff my wife found me a few years ago while hitting up garage sales is from the early years of Epcot and the other parks. So to get it for 50 cents to a couple of bucks is a STEAL!! :)

Not another snow storm! Come on Spring!

It sure is annoying! It was the same here last year (82) and I actually got out golfing twice during the week. I don't think I'll be golfing around here anytime soon this year! :(

And here is the shirt I found at a local Goodwill store with the tags still on it for $3 last week. I know it is an older Disney MGM Studios one, but that is what made it cooler to me! The front is as dark as the back, just turned out a bit lighter when I took the pic for some reason. :)

Finding Disney merchandise in unusual places

So my wife found this cool, framed picture at a garage sale in Michigan for $1.

Finding Disney merchandise in unusual places

So I've been wanting to start a thread about this for a couple of years now. I know that most of you are like me and probably drop some serious coinage on Disney merchandise while on your WDW/DL vacations, but I've been finding some very cool park merchandise DIRT cheap in places I never thought...

No Stopping! Lets Go Shopping.Which Park!

Either Mouse Gear or World of Disney in DTD for me too. I could drop $500 in either one in less than 5 minutes, easily! :D

Going to WDW after a heart attack

Amen to that! Unbelievable that they can get to your heart through a tiny hole in your wrist, which they did in my case. Thank goodness for modern medicine!:)
