any recent experiences with tutto italia?

We ate there in June, and loved it! We had a wonderful waitress and the food was a little fufu for us (smallish portions) but the taste was amazing! Highly recommended by DH and I :)

    Lactose Intolerance Question

I am also lactose intolerant, and I have no issues at all eating at Disney! All the restaurants (quick and table service) have allergy menus that you can look at and pick from that have yummy options! As far as snacks go, you can 100% find snacks that have no dairy, including Dole Whip, at...

    Funny Character Experiences

I have a two! When my husband (then fiancée) went to Epcot right after we got engaged, we went to meet Duffy. Well, Duffy saw our "just engaged" buttons and preformed a wedding ceremony for us! It was so cute! He walked me down the aisle and gave me away while my best friend officiated. On...

    Working typhoon lagoon?

I haven't worked there, but I had a friend who did the college programs a lifeguard there. She was able to get into all the parks when she wanted to, including the water parks. She really loved it and is doing her second college program right now!

My favorite resort!! We stayed in Conch Key last time and really enjoyed being so close to the boat launch (but it was far from the monorail).

Yes!! We always get a pin for the resort we stay at, so we thought they were so cute!

How bad is the Wilderness Lodge construction?

We were just there this past weekend, and we weren't affected by it at all. We actually got put right where a smaller portion of the construction is happening and were told we would hear construction during the day. We didn't hear a thing and were able to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks every...

"Pixie Dust" it really does happen!

Back in January my husband and I were staying at the Grand for a conference that he was attending. While he was at the conference, I decided to go to Capt. Cooks for breakfast and hopped on the monorail. I ended up talking to this family who were leaving that day, and they ended up giving me...

Port Orleans Riverside - Royal Rooms?

I've stayed at both, and enjoyed both! I liked the royal rooms better because of the little touches and the overall hotel, but I did enjoy staying at AoA with the Little Mermaid rooms. You can always book one, and if you happen to change your mind, or if a discount comes out, you can call to...

    Costume halloween

I'm not sure about the sword, but as far as the "dragging" I would think as long as it wasn't a train to a dress or a cape that was on the ground as you walk, it would be fine.

    Cabins??

It's really not bad. You walk to your cabin bus stop (they are in loops, so each has a stop fairly close), that bus takes you to the main area, and you go to the park. Takes a few extra minutes, but not bad at all! We loved staying at Ft. Wilderness!

    Scammers in the parks

I had a teenager let her entire group in right before we went to meet Darth Vader. I try not to let things like that bother me, but I was pregnant at the time. We waited in line for the full 35 minutes, and got to the doors. It was this teen and her boyfriend, then us. All of a sudden, her (non...

    DVC Points Rental

We are using David's for our upcoming November trip! It was a really easy process and they have been very nice and helpful throughout.

    ECV at Fort Wilderness

They also have EVC/wheelchair accessible cabins where they have ramps instead of stairs, so I'd say go for it! It's a really cool resort!

    Dining solo?

Ive eaten alone on most of my trips down to Miami (it breaks up the trip and makes it more bearable) I've eaten at Kona , Be Our Guest, and had a snack at Animal Kingdom (ate at Eight Spoon Cafe back when they had the lobster mac and cheese)
