But we don't know if the $17B includes maintenance capex correct? With the 13,000 job figure you'd think it would have a pretty high portion devoted to capital improvements. But I'll also concede it's pretty easy to play with employment numbers too, 13,000 permanent employees vs 13,000...

Did they use the word "anticipated"? honest question. Quite different than "are limited and may be suspended at any time". If they didn't say the latter then how outraged would people be when they are suspended if not warned in advance.

Why replace or overhaul a ride that is still very popular and chews through lots of paying customers? Invest $ in new, not redo of old quality rides.
