    Favorite restaurant

Victoria & Albert's is my favorite, but it is in a class of its own, so when it comes to 'normal' table service restaurants: 1 - Jiko / California Grill (tie) 2 - Citricos If you were looking for counter-service favorite: Sunshine Seasons

    Boma

While you did not say why you have doubts about your kids enjoying it, rest assured that there's so much variety, I cannot imagine them not being able to find at least several things that they will love. Also, I'm guessing that if you approach it as a culinary treat and adventure, and present...

    I have seen the light

A sushi meal from Tokyo Dining - while white rice does have carbs, the meal as a whole is very easy to digest, and I always feel good after eating sushi - even when I have a lot (usually ;)). Alternatively, a 'snack' from Katsura Grill works too

Flame Tree BBQ is my favorite in the parks

So my wife and I are going next month for an adult only trip (want suggestions)

You asked about suggestions for dining at Jiko. I've been there more times than I can recall since it is one of my favorites, so I do have a few suggestions: Wild Boar tenderloin appetizer - absolutely excellent. You do not need to be an 'adventurous' eater to enjoy it. The cheese selection...

Should I keep to my Citricos Reservation

Citricos is excellent, and you should keep your ADR. Chef Ponticelli really cares about food, and sourcing the best fresh / local ingredients possible. In my opinion, Citricos is in the top 5 restaurants in all of Walt Disney World.

    Best CS in Epcot??

The one you've already tried, Sunshine Seasons in the Land pavilion, typically has the most fresh / healthy options, and is one of my favorites. Since you said you're looking for other options, you should consider Katsura Grill and Boulangerie in France. (Tangerine Cafe is good as others have...

    Whither Future World?

The original Future World was what really cemented my love for Walt Disney World. I was already a fan of the Magic Kingdom, but EPCOT really captured my imagination, and was fascinating to me. I recall tons of great hands-on and interactive exhibits. EPCOT helped me to understand some things I'd...

Top pick for TS in Epcot.

I'm going to agree with vitani88 and say Le Chefs as first choice, Tokyo Dining as #2, and add Via Napoli as #3.

What's your Favorite Signature/2 Credit Restaurant

I voted for Jiko because it has been consistently great in every way and is in such a great setting with a nice dining room, but I wish that I could have voted for a 'tie' for California Grill, because I absolutely love it there too!

Least busy time to visit WDW?

I've had very good luck the first two weeks of November, and the second and third week of January. I love the cooler weather at those times too (and the added bonus of Food & Wine Festival still going on in November ...)

    First time resident pass holder.

Another resident Passholder here. In looking back at my photos from my most recent visit (November 5-9) there's something noticeably absent - people!! While the parks were not truly 'empty', I did not really wait for anything. I visit about that same week each year for Food & Wine Festival...

    Best Themed Resort Lounges

Yet another vote for Victoria Falls ... the whole lobby area is beautiful! Also, you could go to GF and get some photos of the Mizner's area and Grand Floridian Society Orchestra (and have the pleasure of listening while you're there ;))

    Our August Dining Itinerary

Victoria & Albert's should, of course, be your first choice for the dinner date, but if he does not go for that, I would recommend CItricos over Narcoossee's if the food is a high priority - Chef Ponticelli does a fantastic job, and the place is typically very well-run. (the GM there, Keith...

    Best Appetizers in the WDW

The MadHatter has excellent taste - I totally agree with that list. I cannot get enough of the Jiko wild boar tenderloin in particular! (the "Braai"-style Wahoo and Pork Belly with roasted Zellwood corn is great too ...) (I would add the BLT flatbread at Cali. Grill too (when available) and...

    Best PERK in Disney....

Extra Magic Hours for me. I'm close enough I don't fly up (and I like to have my car too) so I've never used DME, and as a Passholder and Tables In Wonderland member, I don't use / need the dining plan.

Absolute best restaurant at Disney? (money not taken into consideration)

Victoria & Albert's is the finest restaurant at the World. Chef Hunnel has been nominated for the James Beard Award - repeatedly - and there are only a relative 'handful' of nominations out of more than 44,000 candidates. Victoria & Albert's itself has also been James Beard Award nominated...

    One For The Money!

EPCOT, by far: love the Helly Hansen clothing in Norway, the Art of Disney Store, silver from Mexico (with some time in the Cava while there, of course ;)), Le Cellier, Bistro de Paris / Monsieur Paul, Chefs de France, Sunshine Seasons, Mitsukoshi Department Store (!), Mouse Gear, and, of...
