Mandalorian and Grogu meet and greet for Walt Disney World

Stepsisters and Peter roam for a few of their sets. That’s why I listed them. Right, it’s not as much as Disneyland but they make the effort where they can. Before Enchanted Tales just reopened Belle was doing roaming sets in the village. Country Bears are back to roaming. Jack Sparrow...

Mandalorian and Grogu meet and greet for Walt Disney World

I mean…walk around/roaming characters truly aren’t as uncommon as you make them out to be. All the characters in Galaxy’s Edge have been roaming in the land since it opened. Stormtroopers at Launch Bay. Throughout 2019 the Long Lost Friends characters would spend multiple sets roaming in Town...

News Fantasmic!, Festival of Fantasy Parade and Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire to return to Walt Disney World

50th Cavalcade operates independently of FoF cast wise. Unfortunately with FoF running twice a day as the priority you won’t see MiSi come back as the staffing simply doesn’t exist especially driverwise. And ops doesn’t want something like MiSi back, the cavalcades are much easier for them to...

No operationally having the parade is still a HIGH priority to MK operations…there’s a reason it’s still twice a day a year after reopening, sure part of that is due to the Lightning Lane of it all but it’s a high priority for the park.

News A new Encanto character meet and greet is planned for Magic Kingdom

Back in the day it used to be common for the studio marketing budget to pay for a meet and greet when the film was released as promo. Then when the promo was done the park already had the costume paid for and in their possession and they could decide whether to continue the offering or not...

    Starcruiser Performer Shake Up

Literally SOP. Equity contracts come up for renewal every year for every offering. There were frequent switch ups at Citizens of Hollywood every year. Lots go into it that we aren’t privy to, how they are as employees at the work place, whether casting still likes their performance or not, all...

News Tron coaster coming to the Magic Kingdom

It’s the most minimal perk they can offer cast and their families so might as well. It also helps serve for them to get the operational practice they need since soft openings are more or less a thing of the past.

But when you have someone intentionally watching a livestream of every performance pointing out every. single. little. thing. that is out of place, it kind of gets...

News Tomorrowland Speedway and Walt Disney World Railroad to be impacted by TRON construction at the Magic Kingdom

You just said it, in the last decade or so they have stopped before the fireworks. So going off of that operational knowledge of easily the last 10-15 years…they’re not going to change it now. Especially with staffing shortages, and other issues.
