    Disney Junior and rebranding questions

Hello, I know the Playhouse Disney Live Stageshow and the Playhouse Disney meet and greets are not the thrill rides of WDW, but I know a lot of kiddos, including mine, love the show and meeting the characters. I have read that Playhouse Disney Stage show will be closing (if it is not...

    Dining and Buffet questions

I go to Disney World several times a year. I have always loved the food part. My family and I are bringing my mother along on our next trip. She has had a weight loss surgery. I know this topic has been discussed on here before, but I can't locate the the thread. Obviously, she can't eat...

    Monorail Front-Riding

We are actually in route to home now from a week in Disney. On Saturday my nanny asked if she could sit up front with my daughter and they said they no longer allow that.

    New Park???

Ok, Ok, so I know deep in my heart this is most probably not true, BUT I have to ask to lay my mind to rest. I figured people here would for sure know. So, my friend lives outside of Austin and we where talking about hotels that have been springing up near her in the middle of nowhere town. She...

    The end for refillable mugs?

Uhhh, hello Leap Year.. Ha ha. Basically, if you are playing by the rules, who cares what sort of system they have in place?

    Christmas Meet and Greets

I have been to WDW at Christmas, but before I had kids. So, I never really paid attention to the meet and greets. Assuming Toon Town is open, if we wait for the princesses, Fairies and Mickey will they be decked out in Christmas gear or is the Christmas attire reserved for parades and such?

    2 Disappointments

I don't think it ruined their trip. It was a disappointment. I was disappointed to not find German chocolate cake ANYWHERE, but I still had a great time. :)

what would you say is too young when bringing a child for the first time?

I am in the car heading back from WDW as I type. I brought my 4yo and my 8 month old. The first time I took my 4yo she was 2 1/2. My 9 month old enjoyed herself, believe it or not. I know she will never remember it. I know my 4yo's memories of her 2 1/2 yo trip are fuzzy, but it was about the...

    2011 Dining Plan Changes?

The ONLY reason I like the DDP is, because I have everything paid for. I hate having to be someplace at a certain time, but generally you have to have ressies for character meals (Although, we did walk up Friday night at chef Mickey's). Most of the time character meals are over priced for...

    I can't believe Disney Dining!

I totally agree! It would make me feel like my family (and the other ressies) didn't mean as much as the person booking the whole place.

    Pirate and Princess Party.

Thanks, that's what I thought as well. I couldn't find anything on WDW.

    Pirate and Princess Party.

Am I correct? The PAPP was canceled in 2009 and they are not doing it in 2010. I found one site that had dates for this year, but I am assuming it is wrong. I just want to be sure. Thanks

Magic Carpets of Aladdin will be converted into what!?!

My little girl LOVES the carpets and that is the first thing she wants to ride. She is 4, so you can't hold it against her. I think the carpets could work in AL, but they would have to be painted differently (deeper colors or more muted colors) and not plopped in the random area they are in...

    Where is Tiana?

Where can we see Tiana next week? I'm sorry if this is posted someplace. I must have missed it.

The Culmination of It All - Tom & Sarah's WDW HONEYMOON Pre-Trip Report

I can't wait for you guys to get married! I have been following your trips like a reality show!!! (MINUS THE TACKINESS FACTOR). We honeymooned for 2 weeks, and had to finish it off with some WDW! Hope to see Bride and Groom ears at all times.

Dining Plan & 10 year olds

At least Greg had the guts to say it... lol. I have a 4 year old that looks six. She is at the age that she will rat you out in a heartbeat if you say something remotely incorrect. On purpose or not.
