    How do YOU handle it?

Sure wish I were going to WDW sooner. We still have two months to go. Two looong months. The suspense is killing me. I too have become obsessed with planning the trip, checking out web sites, reading guide books over and over and I have made so many lists with possible agendas of what to do...

Wow! Great work on all the avatars! I would love to get rid of my generic avatar. I would be happy with any character and would be very grateful to you. No hurry....just if you can sometime. Thanks!

    Roll call for September!

We will be there too from the 10th to the 23rd. We are really looking forward to it. I know this is silly but I have felt a little hesitant about being there on the anniversary of Sept. 11th. I don't want to live my life in fear and I know nothing will probably happen but it still makes you...

    3 y/o-go now or wait

Thanks for all the input. My little boy is one to try anything and doesn't scare easily. However, the rides at Universal might be to intense and better be enjoyed in a few years. Universal looks awesome though. We might just go to one park and see how he does-maybe do some switching off if...

    Going in Sept 2002

We always go in mid to late September and the lines have never been long. We love this time of year. The weather has always been great too although I think September falls in the hurricaine season. We are going again this September from the 10th to the 23rd. We are taking our three year old...

    3 y/o-go now or wait

We are heading to Florida for a couple weeks in September and have a three and a half year old son. I have never visited Universal's parks and am looking forward to them. However I am wondering how much my son will be able to do with regards to fright factor and height requirements. He is...

    Engagement

You could take a boat out into the lagoon during the fireworks. I think you can rent private charters. Then you would be more alone. Or..if you didn't mind being around a group of people you could even go on a ride like the jungle cruise and get the CM who does the narration in on it. Work...

    Camping anyone???

We will be camping in tents and are going in September. Anyone know approx. cost of a site per night. Also do campers get the same priviledges as if you are staying in a Disney resort? It sounds like FW is a cool place to camp-lots to do. Do you have to make reservations ahead of time to go...

    Camping anyone???

Has anyone ever done any camping at Fort Wilderness Campground? What type of activities are there to do around the Fort Wilderness area? Anyone ever been to the hayride and sing along with Chip & Dale? Any info would be great!!

    Lost Articles!

I wonder what they do with all that unclaimed stuff?!? I have never lost anything on the rides but we lost the tiny button off of our camcorder that you push to record etc. in Mickey's Toontown. We went to visit Mickey and after exiting the building my husband realized the button was gone. We...

    Surprise for Anniversary

Thanks so much for your info. Sounds like it is between PO Riverside and WL. Decisions..Decisions...I was thinking maybe WL because of the proximity to MK via boat. We plan on spreading out visits to the park over the two weeks so it will be more relaxing and I thought I would save MK till...

    Surprise for Anniversary

I am planning our next visit to WDW in September. We plan on staying a couple weeks so I have booked an off site condo due to cost and need for kitchen/laundry facilities. However, our anniversary falls during our vacation and I have decided to surprise my husband with a stay at a Disney...

    Extra Special Things

Outside of the great atmosphere, rides, parades, fireworks and all the other things that make WDW such a special place what are some of the little things everyone has found to do, buy and see. Things like the haircuts on Main Street in Mk etc. Do they do special things for...

Old Unused Pass from late 70's

Cool! So I can upgrade my pass from a child to an adult. That's great. It will be hard to part with that ticket. It was my first trip ever to WDW. I might hang onto it awhile as I have some park hopper passes already purchased. Regardless, its great to know I can still use it if I want to.

Old Unused Pass from late 70's

I was a child when I went so...I may not be able to use my pass. If they are non transferrable then my son won't be able to use it either. I guess my parents would be the only ones who can still use theirs.

Old Unused Pass from late 70's

Thanks for the info. That is a great deal! I wonder how much a ticket will be in another 20+ yrs.? I will check on the old tickets when we go in September.

Old Unused Pass from late 70's

My family has four tickets from the late 1970's that still have one day left on each ticket. They were for the MK and each day we entered they were stamped. Are these tickets good forever like some of the admission passes now or did they have an expiration date? Does anyone know? Would they...
