Considering the concept art is heavily zoomed in look at LS dock in the concept art. If you zoom in to that level in your picture you wouldn't see all that much of LS either.

Also one attraction does not a land make, if their are no other attractions associated with "Monstropolis" does it need to be a "land"?

If there is no parks merchandise to get outside of Mickey's of Glendale then how can people buy it. Disney need to make The Muppets less sweet. More like The Simpsons/Futurama quite frankly.
