I just re-checked your numbers to see if there was any discount offers that could be applied, the room alone was $1884.10 for the Preferred view room. If I add in the base park ticket for the 8 days it is a total of $3582.56. If we go to the Hopper option it is $3784.90. No discount was...

It has been said before, but the NFL game isnt exactly an equal comparison unless you are talking about a game out of state which would include a flight, a hotel stay, eating out, transportation etc. I live about 1/2 hour from Giants Stadium in New Jersey. I can understand the tickets to the...

If you get the chance go over and check out the "Quick Service" options in the Harry Potter lands at Universal. I think the pricing and quality there is really awesome and is one of my favorite spots for quick service type of food. The food court at Cabana Bay is pretty incredible as well...

Exactly so and a big part of the problem. Especially for us old people!! I remember when all of that was included, there was more entertainment in the theme parks, the food quality and quantity was better, Fastpasses and Magic Bands were free, Disney's Magical Express was included in your stay...

@lentesta Also you may want to touch base with Pam, as she went on one of the pre-inagural sailings and got to see a LOT of this ship. I have been on the Wonder of the Seas and it was incredible!!! Marie

It is on the Star of the Seas so it is definitely a larger ship. It is cruising out of Port Canaveral going to Perfect Day at CocoCay in the Bahamas, then off to San Juan Puerto Rico, Philipsburg, St Maarten and then back to Port Canaveral (Orlando). I'll get you all of the other particulars...

Seriously though, We would love to have you and the Mrs. It would be incredible and some other familiar faces are going to be along for the ride. We are currently just about $2000 less expensive than the same room with a refundable fare for the same sailing, without our group rate. Marie

I know it isnt a direct comparison, but right now Kingdom Konsultant Travel has group rates for an Oct 4th, 2026 sailing on Star of the Seas. For two adults in a balcony view room the total is $4184.50 for two adults in one room. That is NOT a per person price, that is for both adults. Granted...

I agree, A football game (or season tickets) Probably wouldn't do it for me either. So compare DW to something else that you love to do. A vacation at the Beach? Another theme park destination? A family get together? A fall trip through the Northeast to watch the leaves turn with some cool...

I am very much the same. Once the AP for out of state people hit over the $1000 mark, I decided to not renew for the following year. I admit it was a tough decision but I did promise myself that if I missed it I could always go and just purchase a ticket for the number of days that I needed...
