In my opinion MNSSHP is better but they are both great! You will really enjoy the Christmas Party and the decorations at The Magic Kingdom are amazing that time of year. You should also take in the Osbourne Lights at Hollywood Studios if you have never seen them. Enjoy your trip !!!!!!!

Port Orleans Riverside would be my choice. Beautiful scenery and very laid back atmosphere. You can also ride the boat down the river and back and take it the Tree house Villas and other wonderful scenery such as Downtown Disney.

I went to SWW last year for the first time and getting into HS was a nightmare, but I never really noticed an issue at the other parks. Crowd levels seemed normal to me.
