    scariest moment in WDW

I live in the Northeast and ski a fair amount and am still a bit nervous on ski lifts. We had one collapse in Vermont this year. I can't imagine what it would be like if they had a collapse without snow below to at least break the fall. (Suddenly the attendance at Blizzard Beach goes way...

    "Back in My Day"

The boat did come out of the building in Norway. No rubber balls in POTC. I was 22 when Epcot opened.

    "Back in My Day"

Oh yeah, I remember that was just before the steam engine monorail.

UGH! Two breakdowns in one day at MK!

I honestly enjoy the occasional breakdown. We once brokedown a few boats shy of the final drop on Splash Mountain. We were walked out. I thought it was pretty cool, walking through to the backdoor and then being lead around to the front. The toughest ride to be broken down on is Small World. The...

You might want to find a photo or two to start this off with.

The top 10 fails of WDW

This to me is also the biggest. I was able to take my family to WDW in 1992 & 1998, both times staying at the Polynesian. (Definitely my favorite vacations ever.) I recently looked to book a similar vacation for the coming year. The price was over $7,000.00. I guess I will just keep wishing on a...

Little Mermaid at the Studios Rumor

How can a suggestion be wrong? You're a meany. I haven't been to WDW for a while so I didn't know about the Lion King show in AK. The Aladdin show would be a good choice.

    scariest moment in WDW

My scariest moments were in the old Skyway. My wife is fearless and was bouncing back and forth from side to side taking pictures. (Pictures, by the way, you could never get today.) I was in a panic, holding on to the center bar, as if that was going to keep me from falling. The pictures came...

Little Mermaid at the Studios Rumor

I would suggest a new or revise Lion King show.

    "Back in My Day"

In my day there was only the Contemporary and the Polynesian around Seven Seas Lagoon. The Grand Floridian was not there.

    "Back in My Day"

Sorry Jimmy, though your opinions are often spot on, in this instance you would be incorrect. Things were of a lesser scale in some instances, but they were still magical and definitely not a joke in comparison to anything.

    "Back in My Day"

Obviously a person of deep thought and perspective. We should call this poem, "Disney in My Day". Exceptional sir, exceptional!

WDW Picture of the Day (Evening Shots)

I know many people don't like it being there, but this is a great picture and "The Hat" looks great.

    Life After Disney

New movie, "I am a Disney Legend". Will Smith running around the four parks. Searching for the one remaining Dole Whip machine. Poor guy still can't get the music from Small World out of his head. Definitely, does not go into the Haunted Mansion.
