I mean.... thunder mountain is nowhere near a terrible ride at WDW, I ride it every time I go. But you know..... Disneyland... wanna trade?

While it would be a bummer yes, I wouldn’t stop going. I would happily book more trips. There’s always 2nd favorite. 😉 Also, while rides are great, there is so many other great things about WDW. The atmosphere (like a post above mentioned) in general is enough to keep me happy at the parks.

.....And Animal Kingdom! Unless, they worry for the animals health, but I haven't heard too much about animals during the situation besides a few cases.

Whew, what a read. But yeah, for some reason I had already expected Universal to have it easier on reopening just because of the fact of WDW being so large with not only visitors, even their parks are larger. It’ll be interesting what Disney decides to do.

I swear I heard somewhere they were going to update the 3D atleast for the 50th.

Just looked at earlier replies from this post I completely forgot about. So even if Disney really wanted, they can't have them in neither Disneyland or WDW, due to Universal having the rights for The Simpsons in their parks till 2028 (in the United States). But yeah, I'm not sure if that...

One of the reasons I don't see it happening. The Simpsons already have an entire section dedicated over at Universal. Can't see them doing it while it still exists at the competitors park. And I'm sure there's some sort of contract for that land until time is up? Like Universal has the rights...

Don't have a problem with it as long as it's relevant like many others are saying. I don't want to see a thousand other threads of the same topic. And locking it wouldn't be so good, because they don't want duplicate threads. (And the use the search thing would be ultimately useless if you can't...

Even if there's not a 100% reliable source right now, I can see it happening and wouldn't be surprised if they are. With the amount happening now with everything starting to open up like Disney Springs, City Walk, I don't see why Disney wouldn't continue on with construction at this point.

I really think the only reason they are is because they don't want to speed through it and want to see what everybody else (the other Florida theme parks) are going to do, so they don't afford to somehow do something wrong.

Okay I see. I know there's a way to get rid of the big splash at the end of Jurassic Park, but I'm not sure about taking the way the Splash in Splash mountain or Ripsaw falls.

??? Universal is going to operate the same as Disney more or less. Unless you’re saying they’d both be a waste, then fine. But I don’t know why one would be more of a waste than the other.

I think Philharmagic will always lead for me. It’s something I see every time I go to MK, can’t say the same for others. Though, I still believe it’s due for some updating. The 3D, at least. Ouch, my eyes.

This right here. This. I didn’t go to Disney for many, many years. When I got my annual pass back, I missed the closure by just by one week. Was very disappointed to say the least, despite all the negativity around it.
