I tend to agree/disagree with roadtripper , i never had a problem with updating some of the classic rides. It is needed to pull the younger audience in. It keeps alive memories of the original but allows the ride/park to move forward. It beats the alternative. That being said I am not sure...

I planned on going late Sept but when I heard the All Star resorts were full I opted out of the Mod resorts. I said to my wife it is odd that it is full it is going to be crazy around there! Maybe Oct is the time to go??

Why are people a little worked up about him being up there. I think it is great seeing the old areas. No harm no fool, if it was a really big deal they would close it off completely. That being said if everyone starts doing it I can see it becoming an issue. Still, it is fun for the die hard fan.

Just spent a 1/2 hour in yesterland and Lostepcot.com....I really think this park would be too big!!

That was my next point! How would the park be set up. Part of what made those rides great was their location and the "feel" you got leading up to it

I am wondering if the College program has anything to do with it. You get that many kids working etc you are going to see the odd hicup. It is also such a large operation now it is hard to keep the same control.

you can see a lot of these rides still on youtube! It is amazing how little you remember until you see it again. For me I would run to World of Motion. I also like the idea of simulators where you pick the ride you want, it would work well at Disney Quest. I would also like to see SMRT again...

I hear ya, I spend have the time trying to figure out what people are talking about. It can really ruin some of the posts.
