Just bought annual pass. Do I have to pay for parking first time until I get to guest services?

Another idea: You can always go the night before you plan to go to the park and activate your passes. They stop charging for parking about 3 hours before closing time. I have showed up at Animal Kingdom for a dining reservation at 5:45pm and no one was there to collect parking fees.

News Walt Disney World to resume sales of Annual Passes (New sales resume April 20, 2023)

I think you are thinking of Disneyland. I believe all their APs have some type of blackouts. Every pass has to make park reservations (until whatever date WDW said an annual passholder can enter after 2pm without one). I think I am allowed up to 5 without a resort reservation. I only used...

News Walt Disney World to resume sales of Annual Passes (New sales resume April 20, 2023)

I have had a Platinum and now Incredi-Pass since 2018. It NEVER had blackout dates.

News TRON Lightcycle Run Standby Line and Lighting Lane status

I used DAS both times that I was late and got told off each time. They need to stop calling boarding groups before the park "officially" opens for all. Both times, my boarding group was called before 9am (usually around 8:40am), which nearly cut the hour time limit in half. I was on-property...

    Thoughts on The Plaza?

I ended up cancelling my reservation and went to Steakhouse 71 instead. The airline chicken entree was really good and I would go back.

Would you rather park bag edition.

I have been carrying around a Loungefly mini backpack and fit all my essentials and three bottles of water in it. I could never make it with a waist bag.

News TRON Lightcycle Run Standby Line and Lighting Lane status

I was called both times before opening and showed up several hours late. Both times, the estimated callback was after 11am. The first time, the CM told me off, but let me in. Yesterday, the CM tried to deny me and I refused to accept it. We had lunch dining reservations and that was...

Annual Pass Question (Not about Availability)

My son is Autistic and he is already reluctant to try to use his pass and being denied. I am just going to do what I said in my original post--take a pic of his school ID and his digital pass with the expiration date. If he has any problems with the discount, I will go to customer service to...

Question about DAS and it's qualifications

I called out my brother for abusing the system. My nephew qualifies but does not like to ride a lot of rides. So, he went and got a DAS for two of his other children so that they didn't have to wait in lines and begrudge my nephew for not riding. It's abuse. Did my telling him it was wrong...

Annual Pass Question (Not about Availability)

I thought that I would ask this here before contacting Disney and possibly getting inaccurate information. Next week, my 14-year-old son is going to WDW with his school band. He is an annual passholder (Incredipass). We want to give him his physical AP card to use when he is buying...

    Thoughts on The Plaza?

I have a reservation there on March 27. I wanted to get the reuben. It was off the menu for awhile and now has returned. Anyone get that lately?

How Does Somebody Get an EV Parking Space at Disney World?

Actually, it was a sentence fragment. Today, I am explaining the difference between "affect" and "effect" to my 7th grade students. Trust me, I am not the grammar police like some people I know.

extended magic hours, what a joke

I booked BWV regardless of the EEH perk, but plan to take advantage of it anyways. We only go to a park in the morning on those days and wait until the EEHs start.

    TRON Lightcycle Run previews

I was able to register for March 11, but I don't think that I can go. I'm out of state and I am thinking it is not worth it. Who knows if I can even fit in the ride vehicle comfortably.

9 nights and 8 park days at Disney too much ? Please read.

For the last five years, we have been staying two weeks in June. During our Christmas and March trips, we stay only a week. I went during a work trip in early December and went to the parks solo for three days after the convention I was attending. It is what you make of it. We enjoy not...

Ever find it impossible to get a reservation?

I couldn't get any reservations for my early December 4-day trip and I didn't get to book early due to staying in Orlando for a work convention. I just tried each day and eventually I got the reservations I wanted for the desired times at the Brown Derby for lunch, Beaches & Cream for dinner...

    renting dvc points

I've been told that vacation rentals are under "real estate." A person may have some protection with their credit card if that is what they have connected to PayPal. I believe there is a 5% fee for using a credit card on PayPal as your payment source.
