Judging by Google Earth, there is room for a smaller sized attraction to the left of the stunt show, where the gift shop is. Other than that, anything else would either have to take up backstage area (where the parade buildings are) or into the nearby parking lot.

The Enchanted Tiki Garden from DL would fit nicely there. ;)

According to an Everest CM, the yeti hasn't changed. He's leaning quite a bit, which might have caused him to look like he was in a different positions, but it's still the same B-Mode Yeti.
