Someone spotted a glass plate with an iasw design that specificaly says WDW and includes the characters (in Mary Blair theme)... Just sayin'. I'm still hopeful that it happens, it's amazing in DL. I'm joining you in the minority. They didn't just do a pretty good job, they did an AMAZING...

As far as I know, it's not really a screen but it's a small fake looking Dino head. The other dino is being refurbed/fixed since it wasn't working correctly.

I had a feeling that the pre-show would end up being like the narration on TTA, in which it will come quite some time afterward. (and it will be horrible) I just REALLY hope this is not the case. I'm guessing if you are correct on all points, the pre-show could also be 3D using the new LED 3D TV's.

Thanks for the report. Just curious did you happen to notice if the smoke worked? There are conflicting reports.

Someone on twitter saw the show about a half hour ago and said the smoke and fireworks were not working. The carpet is new, when it closed down the CM out front said all the seats were removed as they were replacing the carpets.

The Little Mermaid looks just like how Mary Blair would've designed a mermaid doll way back when.

I really like the characters out in Disneyland. It adds much needed theming to specific areas in the ride. I'm not a huge fan of Stitch in the Hawaiian scene, but everything else goes pretty good. It took me a few runs through before noticing all of the characters, that's how well it all blends...

It's been mentioned in previous thread before. Something about the doors having some special key access code and some people saw some big wigs in suits outside one day. As Lee said, MI coaster is certainly not dead. I'm assuming it's only a matter of time before it gets officially announced.

That is very alarming, however, it'll be even more interesting to see the re-opening dates.

TT to Cars? Nope. Sounds like just a fan rumor running around. Granted, Carsland at DHS is probably a fan rumor, but it's very likely to also have been/is in the minds of TDO.

I'm sure that's a possibility too. I'm just going off of what has been discussed previously, which was that they didn't want to kill off BLT 100%.

With Cars being the #1 Disney Boy Brand, Cars 2 coming out, the World of Cars online game in it's beta phase, and Carsland being added to DCA, adding Carsland to DHS has certainly crossed the minds of probably both TDO & WDI. I believe this is the proposed area if such a thing was to occur...

It was similar to the logo previously posted. The guy I talked to (Eric) had a nametag that said WED, then in cursive underneath that was imagineering. Then the next line was his name, and the last time was "Class of 198(something)", I forgot which year. I didn't see every Imagineers nametag...
