Gideon's Bakehouse - Top strategies to get a cookie?

Agreed! I think it is a stretch to call these “cookies”. If you have to put cookies (Oreos) on/in your “cookies”, is it even a cookie after all?

WhaT in the mouse world were you expecting from a bbq restaurant?? As a Disney world fan, I seriously don’t understand Disney world fans. “It's a business of sadists and masochists. You know which one you are”

WDW Food Pictures Of The Day Part II

Very loose with the definition of “po boy”. Sorry you had to endure that rendition. I can promise this is a good sandwich closer to New Orleans areas.

Hurricane Ian expected to impact Florida (updates and related discussions)

I will use hurricanes in this example: During Hurricane Zeta, it was reported that it was a Category 2 by the National Hurricane Center. Cat 2 - no big deal (for those who live on the coastal areas and understand surge vs wind speed and deal with this on a regular basis). A few days later...

If you are stating a fact - why are you asking the question? I can't tell you for sure whether it was mandatory or not. All i can tell you is i have a friend who lives in Englewood. He escaped to his daughter's house, leaving on Tuesday at 1 PM.

Hurricane Ian expected to impact Florida (updates and related discussions)

Hurricane Ian expected to impact Florida (updates and related discussions)

I agree - its almost as if other power companies should model their business after the Disney power grid - since they don't lose power during storms.

I blame this on the media doing its best to sensationalize the horror of the hurricane hitting Tampa. Gotta make it a story so that people will keep watching instead of taking proper precautions. On the other hand, I live on the Gulf Coast of MS and understand her reasoning as well. Zeta...

Ripped this from another Disney Blog site (not sure if I can name it, so I won't) - they said the monorails were stored at the Contemporary during Hurricane Matthew which was 2016.

So you have lived on the MS coast? Miami? and Mexico Beach? I have been through storms that were once category 5 but didn't make landfall as category 5. Big difference. There have only been 4 cat 5s to make US landfall............Ian could be the 5th.

Hurricane Ian expected to impact Florida (updates and related discussions)

New Orleans was not under water because of rainfall not experienced in the last 50 years. As was said earlier, the circumstances surrounding Katrina and New Orleans were quite different. I live where the eye of Katrina passed over - rainfall wasn't the issue. Storm surge was the issue. When...
