Why, why, why is Disney allowing the shear number of humans to enter the parks like this? They used to close the gate far sooner to maintain a positive guest experience. WTH, Disney?

We won't be renewing. Time for a Disney break. Somehow paying more and receiving less just doesn't sit well. Especially with the crowd levels and the amount of construction across the parks.

It's so refreshing to go to other venues or events and be able to move freely without the bag checks and suspicion.

Apparently finding a gun or a knife in a bag assumes that the owner intended to use them to cause harm during their visit. It's not illegal to own a knife or gun, granted it would be better not to have them in the parks, but it's not illegal to own them. To treat everyone as a criminal suspect...

You might be right, but they sure were popular and the replacements sure haven't been. Nobody likes change I guess. I really miss the music at Epcot, but there's still British Revolution - I think. I hope they don't ax them too.

There must be some reason why TDO is getting rid of all of their rock acts. First OK and MR; now MSS. All enjoyable and all greatly missed by a LOT of people.

That certainly would have made some difference, but overall it's still not going to be a popular move.

How about a tiered discount program for repeat pass holder renewals? Maybe if you've renewed 5 or fewer times you might get 10% off; 5-10 times, 20% off your renewal? If WDW doesn't want to appear too greedy and still believes in something like, say, customer loyalty, wouldn't that be a possible...

It will be interesting to see what Universal Orlando does in response to this.
