ToT for wimps: Can I take it?

I really hope that's true. I'm already losing the one near me :'( I really want to ride ToT before all of them are gone (other than the ones out of country, but that's not gonna happen with how far and expensive it is) but hopefully WDW won't be gone. To be truthful, I've never been to WDW. Only...

When should we spring the good news?

If I had a kid, I'd probably tell them on the airport. You wouldn't want to tell them too early, but you don't want to tell them late enough to where you get suspicious. I would make it like a game with my kids and see if they suspect anything. If not, then we'll spring it to them. (I don't have...

ToT for wimps: Can I take it?

that's exactly what I was planning for. I heard the rumours about it, and I really want to ride it before it's too late to, because I know I'm going to regret it. I just want to ride it once, just for old memories sake.

ToT for wimps: Can I take it?

Ah, true. I forgot that it's randomized there. I'm so used to the Cali Adventure version that's has a set pattern. I'll still try it. Instead, I'll do it near the end of the day so it doesn't ruin my whole day if it's painful. If I do happen to tuck, I'll just pop an ibuprofen and be done with...

ToT for wimps: Can I take it?

Ah, very glad you understand. With someone with this type of anxiety, I really feel bad when my family has to skip out on a ride because of me. Really, I feel like I owe it to them to try it, especially since so long ago when I was just a little kid of all things, I enjoyed and craved these type...

ToT for wimps: Can I take it?

true. I havn't take into account that the rides I mentioned also move forwards. You may be right. I think just having the comfort of holding onto something sill help. On Splash, it was probably just anxiety knowing that the rails on the side were small and slippery, so that didn't help. Not to...

WDW Myth: Pirates of the Carribean is being haunted by George

Actually, people say that they see the same boy in PotC that they see in HM. A lot say that the boy in HM is also George and he resides in both rides. Tbh, that's a bunch of bullhonkey to me since that's not really low ghosts work... They can reside in a place, but they can't be in two places at...

WDW Myth: Pirates of the Carribean is being haunted by George

Honestly, with all of the confusion between wether George resides in DL or WDW, I highly doubt the story, and I'm a hardcore Ghost believer considering I've had my share or experiences. George is not one of them, and I've definitely talked about George in the PotC queue. Nothing happened. So...

ToT for wimps: Can I take it?

I really want to ride though. If anything, just to get rid of the fear. It's not as horrible as I make it sound, I swear. I was perfectly healthy and perfectly fine after JP River Adventure. It just makes me feel better to hold something so I know I can push off if it need be.

Will Indiana Jones ever be at WDW?

I'd hate to say, but I highly doubt it. WDW has Dinosoar, which is your version of Indy. It's the same track layout, and same vehicle just a different theme. Indy is DL exclusive so I don't think that WDW would get it. Then again, Tokyo has it if I remember correctly, but U wouldn't hold my...

ToT for wimps: Can I take it?

Plus if it's bad, I can just bring an Ibuprofen. That'll stop it. I was going to go with my friends in April on ToT, but I ended up waiting with another friend who was a wimp in the gift shop. If I go, I'll try to tough it out once to see if I can handle it. If not, I'll go on other rides.

ToT for wimps: Can I take it?

Thanks for the help :) The Splash incident may have been a freak incident that only happens once, because a few years ago I went on Jarassic Park at Orlando, and I was fine. I enjoyed it even. The thing, I need something to hold onto during the drop. Like a lap br or any type of bar, to force my...

    Just got back from Disneyland

Oh wait, my apologies. I misunderstood what E stop means. Not sure what that is so I shouldn't have tried to answer that. If you have fto completely get off the ride, that is extremely rare. I've been MANY times I usually go at least once a year, if not 3 times, and I've NEVER been evacuated. As...

    Just got back from Disneyland

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I go to the 'Land every year since I live closer to Cali, and the CM service is always wonderful and friendly. As for the ride stopping on Indy, sadly this is a regular occasion but to my knowledge this is due to wheelchair accessibility people trying to...

Awesome! Sorry I couldn't help you sooner. It takes a bit of exploring and figiting to get a hang of things and figure out how to do things here, but it's easy to catch on :)

ToT for wimps: Can I take it?

I was just planning in my head, if I were to go soon (which I might) which rides I should dare to try again and which ones I should steer away from. From my understanding, ToT is a big drop ride which personally isn't my favorite, but as a young kid it used to be the ride I always needed to go...

Mattercam pictures of the Tower's conversion

Of course I know that. I know the whole situation. BUT, wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to take out anything mentioning TZ? They could easily keep the theme and remove the problematic Non-Disney franchise. It would honestly be a better, less antagonizing or conflicting solution than what they...
