    First-world problem, I know, but...

I'm doing the exact same! AKL is the resort I feel most at home in, but we're trying out Poly in September. It's hard not to book your favorite every time, but new resort exploration can be fun and exciting!

    Disney After Hours Event

But at an event like this with such few people, you wouldn't have the crowd issue. Especially if they spread it out enough. Or even if they charge more and limit it to less people (if you think 1000 is too many). Just curious if people would actually pay any amount to experience exactly the...

    Disney After Hours Event

Curious, if they added characters freely walking around like the used to decades ago, would that be more appealing to anyone here? Even throw in some rare characters. Or maybe make it how you see on ads.. throw some characters on rides and really make it seem like you're IN the world of Disney.

New nighttime show 'Rivers of Light' confirmed to be coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom

All of that I can agree with, but my post was replying directly to a post about people scheduling trips around the show only.

New nighttime show 'Rivers of Light' confirmed to be coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom

That's seems a little excessive for a just a new nighttime show, but I'm sure most of those people will have a wonderful time regardless. After all, it's not a full new land. I wouldn't think 15 minutes would make that much of a difference in booking a trip unless they have the time and money to...

New nighttime show 'Rivers of Light' confirmed to be coming to Disney's Animal Kingdom

Ouch, some pretty harsh comments. I have to side with Disney on this. Things happen. Looks like they're focusing on quality for the first time in a while. They could always open a partial version and not care. I take this as a good thing. I'll wait for the finished product over something thrown...

Cuts coming to every area of parks and resorts - thanks to Shanghai and Paris

I have no problem with the Halloween parties. I'm going to one of them on the 13th.... it's the closing of ALL TS locations before 6pm that's disconcerting

Cuts coming to every area of parks and resorts - thanks to Shanghai and Paris

It's not for MNSSHP. There are no TS open after 6pm on ANY day in September. The particular day in question is September 14 when the MK is open until 12am.

Cuts coming to every area of parks and resorts - thanks to Shanghai and Paris

I can't read back 76 pages, but we have a trip in mid-September can't find a TS at the MK opened after 6pm (or for the entire month actually). Is that due to these cutbacks? We're going to have to leave the park to eat dinner.

    Favorite Attraction Scenes

Oh what a great question! I've always loved the random scene in TTA with the futuristic hair styler thing. That always seemed like a hidden piece of classic Epcot that still remains lol Love the shadow hand going across the clock in HM. I agree with everyone else about the house with the...

Disney Survey on implementing a $15 resort fee

wow so you're looking at close to $100 extra just to stay on Disney property and the "privilege" to keep the same perks you've gotten all the years prior? For the first time ever, I'm rethinking my Disney priorities. Maybe stick with DVC... unless it applies there too?

    Nachos?

On our trip in January we were disappointed to find the Nacho's removed from Casey's menu :( Can nacho's be found anywhere in the park now?

Music played on buses from park to resort

I absolutely love the Disney bus music and how it changes per location that you're headed. It's such a subtle detail that probably only a small percentage of people notice. One time I heard a song from Wicked playing in the all star music bus! I was so excited that they acknowledged the Broadway...

Park soundtracks that give you goosebumps.

This thread gave me goosebumps and made my cry, does that count? Haha Love the AKL lobby music, Soarin, absolutely illuminations, celebrate the magic has been getting to me lately, and Fantasmic always gives me feels! But there are so many more. Oh and spectro of course! That's one of the many...
