One thought would be if you really wanted the extra day with fastpass, you could just pay the $30 difference and upgrade everyone's ticket. It would be $240 instead of $402, just a thought.

I realize the houses will have long lines but what are the attraction lines like? We are going one night and have very little interest in the haunted houses themselves, we just want to ride Gringotts as much as possible, hoping most of the crowds will be in the rest of the park.

If the line for a ride is at 5 hours, do they close the line 5 hours before park closing time or keep letting people in so that the ride is operating long after closing time?

I just read in a trip report that Cosmic Ray's no longer has the sauteed mushrooms and other extended topping bar offerings. Is this still the case? This is DH's favorite QS but mostly because he can pile on the mushrooms, lol. What other QS (any park) offer the extra toppings?

A friend of mine is currently at WDW with his family and just posted that there are no (paper) fastpasses available for Toy Story Mania, Soarin' or Test Track. He said that they are currently unable to add the rides to their magic band accounts and that there is quite a crowd of very unhappy...

Strange, I wonder what the logic behind this could be? We were considering getting annual passes this trip and taking a weekend trip down in May but maybe we should re-think that... we are saving a lot this trip and don't want to take a chance of losing that for next January.

I agree with Tuvalu. Doing this on the ground level might not be such a big deal as it's fairly easy to walk around. However, doing this on upper floors would probably annoy people as the walkways do not have that much space between the railings and walls. Plenty of benches everywhere around the...
