Allow me to attempt to clarify the Epcot front gate question. Can I enter at International Gateway, and monorail to MK without going through security again? Likewise could I board at Poly and monorail to Epcot without going through security again? Basically is there a secure connection between...

This is one of those posts where I'm disappointed I can't like it multiple times.

Forgive me if this has been previously discussed, but how will the Epcot monorail play into this? Will I be able to enter via gateway and travel to MK without going through security again?

Turns my stomach. The "production" aspect of Disney-MGM, streets of America, idealized 30's Hollywood and the backstage vibe are some of the core values that drew me towards the craft of design.

Another reason to enjoy the higher level of "purity" when I visit Disneyland. A shame nonetheless. Why fix what's just fine the way it was?:(

Character appearances are much more sporadic in Disneyland than MK, but even there they're accompanied by handlers and presumably on a schedule. And I believe I've heard that if Mickey is appearing in a parade, he won't be doing meet and greets elsewhere. After all, there's only one ;)

Does anyone know if the scrims are still up on Main Street Station? I have family visiting for the first time in a long time soon and I'm hoping for a good "first impression" of MK for them.

It'd be neat if they put another facade on the other side of the street. Oh wait... :confused::mad::cautious: </sarcasm>

I belive Martin mentioned that the gondolas might be a "sterile" area so perhaps this has to do with pushing security out beyond them and reconfiguring the park approach.

I sure hope so. Martin's extension concept had me drooling a little bit :p

This may have been considered already by those height testing balloons from Fantasia Gardens a while back.

For those of you with triple click home to invert colors enabled on your iPhone, try it out on the new balloon for a good laugh. (The new colors are essentially the photographic negative of the previous version)

For the record Hersheypark too has had these extravagant shakes, since long before toothsome was even announced to my recollection.
