I've worn Saucony Kinvaras for the first time to a race. Twice in fact. I had no problems, but those shoes almost have nothing to them anyway, so they are a little different.

P90X is a different beast. It's like having 2 workouts in 1 a lot of days. A lot of P90X is sticking to their diet. If you do every workout and follow the diet, you'll get results.

We bought the "I Did It" shirts as well for the first time. We took them to the room and immediately hid them, refusing to look at them until we had actually earned them. It's sort of a catch-22. You don't want to buy them before the race, but you know it's your only option.

After we showered and napped, we went to BoG for dinner. I ordered a coke. When our waitress brought it to the table, I drank the whole thing, and asked her to bring a refill immediately. Something about Coke after a race is amazing.

I got that too for the ToT 10-Miler. I pointed out that they overuse Osceola. I said that it's not a bad thing, but that it's overused, and they never provide entertainment. It just seems to be the place where they send runners to chew up the required miles.... I'd rather use World Drive..at...

Well....a few things: 1: Disney is still the best at race organization. They can move a huge amount of people seamlessly from place to place. Every water stop is well manned, they always have enough supplies and volunteers. They have more than adequate medical staff on hand, and supply little...

It looks like they stopped the clock around the 8 hour mark...I'm not seeing any times over that. about 5-6000 people did not finish that race in some fashion, so that's a lot.

We finished the marathon. It was a grueling test for botg my wife and I. I've never felt more proud of myself or her. When we got to the resort, i took a shower, got dressed, and fell asleep on our bed. My wife said I was cute because as I slept, i clutched the medal that was laying on my chest.
