This is something that was addressed at DCA when they updated the ride back in May. The AAs that are "under the sea" have the same plastic hair, but the figures that are out of the water now have wigs with real hair, similar to King Triton...

it's ok, I hope there's a video of it soon -- i'm interested to see what changes they made.

Knotts Berry Farm has announced a brand-new 4D ride called Voyage to the Iron Reef -- opening in the Boardwalk area of the park in Spring of 2015. A description of the ride along with concept art photos can be found at the link below...
