I'm jumping in this thread way late. I Uber everywhere I can on Disney property. They pick up at the parks, too! If you need to get somewhere speedy, or are just tired, Uber is a god.

This looked like the line Monday afternoon. After sitting on a broken monorail for 45 minutes they had us walk to the boats, to wait an hour to get to the MK. $20 is looking pretty darn fine.

That's a good point. But their transportation systems are NOT up to par.

I will do this in a heartbeat!! I know, who wants to pay more money than they have to? But, shoot, after waiting an hour in line on Monday (the monorails broke down) and watching 1 boat move along the lake...$20 is worth my time.

Although I cannot speak for the Poly, I did order a pizza and some wings. My-oh-my they were the best wings I have had in my life. I did get a kick out of the man setting up the table cloth for fine dining. The GF definitely makes in-room-dining magnificent.

I stayed at the GF late July/early August.... The resort monorail took a good 20 minutes between GF and TTC, then the issues came in on the monorail to Epcot. All in all, it took us 55 minutes between two monorails. I don't know what the issue was...and yes, it was probably something random and...

How did you find out the room discount? For example, I already purchased my room and tickets for my November trip. I'm considering upgrading to an AP. If I do, can I apply this discount? (Perhaps it may not be worth it, anyhow. I think I already booked under some kind of Fall discount).
