Another round of skating, 7 miles. Decent pace (with date:))

8 mile skating :) Pace wasn't that bad. It was with my date and the weather is hot, but we did okay pacewise.

6,7M skating (solo, decent pace)

Went skating again, over 11 miles. Pace was a disaster, nearly 3 hours, because I wasnt alone. One of the con's of dating.

Did the same 12.2m lap on skates. Time and pace was a lot better. Doing it solo instead of with a date might have been the reason for that :)

Yesterday: gym workout in the morning and a 12.2 mile inline skating loop in the evening. Get well soon!

I can also do a welcome back thing in this topic. Went to the gym yesterday. So sore today, but it's a start. there'a a run planned for next week, to see where I'm at, after an extremely long hiatus.

Not sure how well-spread it is in the usa, but over here it's as common as a pizza place and a burger tent. Quality can go any way, but the basics of the dish are nice. The combination works well and can be really nice.

Shawarma is my go-to food after a night out (and for a lot of other people). Might be a new experience eating it sober and at 5 PM instead of 4 AM.
