My husband loves the Bourbon there and we both love the food. It is a must do for us every trip. Glad the Pappy was worth it.

I am sure lots of people cancelled due to the hurricane (my daughter did) so enjoy the empty parks!

Nice ornament haul. My daughter's friend is a CM at WDW and she was able to get us in at Company D in DL. Great deals there. I also got a couple DL ornaments, starbucks mini mug ornament, etc.

Congrats to Maddy! My son will be attending grad school just north of Columbia at UNCC. Will be following along. It has been a while since we have had a family WDW trip. Scheduling is tough, college and jobs get in the way.

We walked back to Fantasyland to ride the Snow White ride and walked through Sleeping Beauty’s castle. Then headed over to catch the train. On the way I noticed the Lion King show was about to begin so we hopped in. So glad we did!! I loved the show. Disney definitely needs more quality...

Next we walked over to Galaxy’s Edge for a drink. I had my doubts about coco puffs in my coffee but once I added sugar and mixed it, I actually liked it.

We had a full day planned trying to do all of our must do’s we missed. Next up was Indiana Jones. Then we headed to New Orleans square for beignets. Being from South Louisiana we had to give them a try. 1 point Morning Call in New Orleans. Next ride wasn’t a must do but it was cute…Winnie...

We loved Hyperspace Mountain!!! Smooth compared to MK. One point DL!

Our last day we planned to hit the must do’s in both parks that we missed. I found it interesting that you need a park ticket to ride the monorail in DL. We woke up and caught the monorail to the station near autopia. Our plan was to rope drop Hyperspace Mtn.

We finally made it to the Disneyland hotel at 9:50. Had a good night sleep but woke up to rain.

Next stop was the animation academy. My family used to love this when it was at Hollywood Studios. So much so that I keep a list on my phone notes listing which characters we have drawn. We got…BabyDory ❤️. I will have to find that pic to post.
