    A Spirited Perfect Ten

Went to Tokyo (including Disney) for the first time last year, and I plan to go again next year. It's a great time to make the trip, as the conversion rate makes their already reasonable prices a steal. If anyone on here is going to make the journey for the first time, make sure to allow for at...

    WDW Ticket Prices

To anyone questioning how this particular increase could be someone's breaking point when it's only a few dollars more: it's not the case that last year people were perfectly happy with the prices, and this year they're suddenly unaffordable. The creeping ticket prices have been bothering me for...

    WDW Ticket Prices

I wouldn't say I've been priced out, but prices have reached the total rip off point for me, especially with the no expiration option being taken away. However many years it takes me to burn through my current 10 day tickets, I think that'll be it for me.

    WDW Ticket Prices

Disney would make the change because it looks, on paper, like a perk. They can charge people for something that will cost them basically nothing. In fact, if it encourages people to spend a full day seeing both waterparks, it would probably make them more money through chicken finger sales. On...

    A Spirited Perfect Ten

I've never chimed in on this before, but the discussion on whether to rent a car caught my eye. As someone who plans most vacations around not having to rent a car, Disney World is the one place I visit where I think it's pretty much mandatory to drive. That said, I never stay on property, but...

    The Spirited Seventh Heaven ...

Having been, I'd say you must allow yourself at least two non-Disney days for every day you plan to visit Tokyo Disneyland. Just study the calendar and find a time to visit when the parks aren't way too crowded, so you can feel like you saw what you wanted to.

Eddie Sotto's take on the current state of the parks (Part II)

I don't know if there's anything TO do except live with it. People these days will whip out their phones in the middle of a face to face conversation. Some people use them while driving! I don't know what Disney could do beyond confiscating them or constantly splashing the park guests with water...
