I used the Jeff Galloway plan for the Wine & Dine 1/2 in 2011. It worked well for me. I haven't registered yet for the marathon.....still thinking about it. I did print out his schedule and will be running this evening as my first training run! Just know I'm in "training" motivates me!

I always, always, always play the "this time last week we were...." game for the first week (sometimes) two after we return from Disney. It does pass and then you just start to look forward to the next trip!
