Most US residents don't get to ride in gondola's. This will be another new cool way to get somewhere. Many will simply ride it as an attraction (like they do the monorail now). I don't think the typical Disney tourist is going to be upset that they get to fly above the trees on their way to a park.

Some Star Wars geek will likely complain, he's from The Black Hole. :angelic: It is a Disney IP though and its space. Most won't know the difference. :D

o_O of the many numerous times I have gotten in them, in the summer, I have never been treated to A/C. The door is usually open at the back, the windows are open and we are all hoping for a breeze, if not sitting in the back. Which is in the sun but at least has a breeze. I must be super unlucky.

There isn't any A/C in the Friendship boats either. I would rather be in a gondola up in the air that was moving at speed on a hot day than a Friendship boat that I had to wait on a hot dock for 10 minutes or more to board.

I hope the put vincent in the hotel somewhere.

I am assuming that these are the wraps that you can see thru on the inside, like they put on busses. Having baby Mickey's and Minnie's floating thru the sky would be attractive to children and families, which is Disney's audience. Kawaii sells.

My mother uses a scooter, and these would much better than the monorail. You can't just roll on to the monorail, its higher than the platform. The cast members have to get a ramp and put it down.

The eiffel tower looks to be the same height of the building. won't that ruin the perspective effect.

ok so they may not be able to name it Restaurant at the end of the Universe, but they could call it Big Bang and have a show displaying it. It would be a nice call back to the current energy ride.

They just need to glue the mirrors they take off of Energy on to the exterior of CoP. That will make it match.

I hope the new fountains dance like the current one. It's one of my favorite things in Epcot. Innoventions west has some sort of sewer issue. every time I am in or around the back door to that building its all I can smell. Hopefully they will fix it with the update.

The concept art reminds me of the Coral Reef restaurant with space instead of sea. Also that walkway between Mission:Space and Test Track is going to be even more crowded than it is now. I hope they look at guest flow there.

This is why I love Morocco so much. Walk in to the store and you are transported to Morocco, Disney World disappears. I think its the only country with that complete immersion.
