The construction would ruin the view for diners and they’d either cancel upcoming reservations or request refunds. People want their experience to be picture perfect. They’d probably have to close the restaurant for a period for that level of construction.

Thanks for the heads up but this is out of my price range i did some quick number crunching it'd still be like 3k for my trip in Feb that's above my price range. Hopefully we get more offers than this
